Amore Florist
the Amore Florist is a well known floral store.  It's a place where customers/users can locate and experience different type of flowers/arrangements.  It includes flowers for all occasions and it's in your neighborhood and online.
Problem: The conflict that was ran into was that users that worked long hours didn't have access to reach a floral store before they closed and ran the problem of not finding the flowers they were lookin for. Goal: The goal is to make ALL customer/users satisfied.  This includes customers that work long hours and don't have the flexibility to come to the shop and hand pick what they want.
Problem Statement: A 47-Year-Old male who is happily married and wants to take his wife's favorite flowers every month. He is a successful lawyer who has 3 kids who are in Middle and High School.  Due to his career he works long hours and doesn't have much time to spend with his wife and kids.  His goal is to take flowers to his wire once a month to show her how much he appreciates her and loves her.
Journey Map: Daniel's journey, I have concluded that there are two main factors.  One is the floral shop is not open until late and not having enough inventory for people who get out late.
Paper and Digital Wireframes:  Paper Wireframe has the initiative of what the app might look like. As for the Digital Wireframe is what it might look in Figma.
Low-Fidelity: I used arrow to show the flow of the screens.  This flow is for users to experience what the app will provide for them.
Mockups:  As seen in the the beginning and in the wireframes, the establishment of the app have come a long way.  A way that the users might be satisfied with.  We see the adding confirmation phase to the checkout point.  It doesn't just give you a summary of what you have ordered but you have a confirmation number to base your order from.
High-Fidelity Prototype:  This will indicate how the flow is going to go with a completed app.  Then how the user will have access to back home after the Confirmation page comes up.
As the impact in this design it will show the increase of flow and the expectancy of the shop.  The shop will be open until late and will have inventory for everyone to order and pick up at any time.  Also, this gives time for shop personnel the time to have the order ready.  As for what I learned is how many choices a customer can have and the smiles in their faces when they come in and see that their order is still there waiting for them.
